A call to discuss.
We go through your picks, your real bills and one workflow, then tell you what to replace, what to keep and how it all connects.
- Booked within two working days
- Honest numbers, even when it isn't cheaper
Custom software for US teams
Pick the features your team actually uses. We build one system with just those, move your data in and run it for you, usually for 30–40% less than your tools cost today.
Messages
Usually Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat.

Step 2 · Your estimate
A ballpark for the example's 6 features, from typical list prices. The real numbers come from your invoices, how your team uses each tool and everything else you rely on.
For each kind of tool you picked, we use a typical list price on an annual plan and the number of people who'd usually need it. Setup is a separate one-time fee of up to $1,500.
Step 3 · Call to discuss
Send your picks and we reply within two working days to book a call. We go through your invoices, how your team uses each tool and everything else you rely on, then send a proposal at a fixed price. Nothing is built or charged until you accept.
What you're sending · the example picks
20 people · today about $1,000/mo · with us usually $600–$700/mo
Fine to send as is. On the call we go through what your team really uses.
Change features ↑How it works
Four steps, with the price and the go-live date fixed in writing before you commit.
We go through your picks, your real bills and one workflow, then tell you what to replace, what to keep and how it all connects.
Scope, setup fee and a fixed monthly fee, usually 30–40% below what you pay today, all in writing before you commit.
We build it, import a test copy of your data, and switch on an agreed day once your team has checked it.
Hosting, backups, fixes and small changes are in the monthly fee. Anything bigger is quoted before we start.
Why it costs less
Coding agents do most of the building and upkeep, and an engineer reviews every change before it reaches you. That's how a system made for one team can cost less than the subscriptions it replaces.
You also stop paying per seat for features nobody uses. You pay for the workflow your team runs, with one named person who knows your system.
What we build
One system for one team, with only the features you picked: the parts of Slack, Asana, HubSpot or Zendesk your team actually uses, working together. We don't rebuild whole products, and we connect to the tools you keep.
Add it under Something else in step 1, or bring it up on the call. If it fits your workflow, we build it into the same system and price it in the proposal. If an off-the-shelf tool would do it better, we'll tell you.
Sometimes that is the right answer, and we'll say so on the call. One system makes sense when you pay for several overlapping tools, copy work between them and pay per person for features most of the team never opens.
It suits teams of about 10 to 40 whose work repeats every week. We don't replace email, accounting or payroll, and we don't take on regulated data such as health records or card payments.
Cost
For most teams, yes: we aim for 30–40% below what you pay today, worked out from your real invoices. Small teams with small bills sometimes pay about the same or a little more, for one system instead of several. Either way you see the exact numbers before you commit.
A fixed monthly fee for your system, plus a one-time setup fee of up to $1,500. Half the setup fee is due when you approve the scope and half when you accept the system. Nothing monthly is charged until you go live, and the monthly fee is fixed for the first 12 months.
We time the switch to your renewal dates, so you don't pay twice. The saving only counts invoices that actually stop.
The fee is for your system, not per person. If your team grows well past the size in your proposal, any change is agreed in writing before it applies.
Switching
The go-live date is fixed in the proposal before you commit. For one workflow it's a matter of weeks, not months.
We import a test copy first so your team can check it. Your old tools keep running until you sign off, and nothing is switched off without your say.
Very little, because the system is built around how your team already works. We walk everyone through it before the switch.
Yes. We connect to the tools you keep, such as Gmail, Google Drive or your accounting software. Any connection beyond what's in your proposal is quoted first.
Running it
Support replies within one working day, and work on an outage starts the same day. Hosting, backups and fixes are part of the monthly fee.
Yes. Small changes, about two hours a month, are included. Anything bigger is quoted in writing before we start.
Coding agents do most of the building, and an engineer reviews every change before it reaches you. You also get one named person who knows your system.
Your data and your exit
Every user signs in with two-factor authentication. Backups run from day one, and we test a restore before you go live. The hosting location is written into your proposal, and your records are never put into AI tools or used to train them.
Your data is yours, and you can export all of it at any time in standard formats. The full exit terms are in the contract before you sign.
Yes. After go-live the contract runs month to month. You can export everything and we help you move if you leave.
You receive your system's source code and instructions to run it, so it keeps working without us.
Working with us
Our engineering team is in India and works with US teams. Calls and support hours are set to overlap with your working day.
We go through your picks, your invoices and one workflow you repeat every week. Bring recent bills for the tools you use. You get a written proposal within five working days.
No. The call and the proposal are free, and nothing is built or charged until you accept the proposal.
