FitMySaaS builds one custom system for a small US team with only the features it uses from tools like Slack, Asana, Notion, HubSpot and Zendesk, moves the team's data in and runs it for a fixed monthly fee, usually 30–40% less than the subscriptions it replaces.

Who we build for

US teams of about 10 to 40 people whose work repeats every week: agencies, studios, consultancies and operations teams that pay for several overlapping tools, copy work between them and pay per person for features most of the team never opens.

What we build

One system with only the parts of team chat, tasks, docs, CRM, support, forms, scheduling, approvals, a client portal, time tracking, HR, reports and records that your team actually uses, all working together. If you need something that isn't on that list, we build it into the same system.

We don't replace email, accounting or payroll, and we don't take on regulated data such as health records or card payments. We connect to the tools you keep.

How it's built and run

AI coding agents do most of the building and upkeep, and an engineer reviews every change before it reaches the customer. We host your system, back it up, fix it and make small changes as part of the monthly fee, and you have one named person who knows it.

Where we are

The engineering team is in India and works with US teams; calls and support hours overlap the US working day.

Your data and your exit

Your data is yours, and you can export all of it at any time in standard formats. If FitMySaaS ever stops operating, you receive your system's source code and instructions to run it.
