Pricing

A fixed monthly fee, usually 30–40% below your SaaS bill.

You pay one fixed monthly fee for your system and a one-time setup fee of up to $1,500. We aim for a monthly fee 30–40% below what you pay today for the tools it replaces, and it is never under $400 a month. The exact figures come from your real invoices and are fixed in a written proposal before you commit.

How the monthly fee is worked out

We add up what you pay each month for the tools your new system replaces, using your invoices: the plan, the number of paid seats and any add-ons. Tools you keep stay out of the sum. Then we set a fee 30–40% below that total.

A worked example: a 20-person agency

This team uses team chat, a task board, docs, a sales pipeline, a support inbox and time tracking. At typical list prices on annual plans:

Tool todaySeatsA month
Messages: Slack Pro20$145
Tasks: Asana Starter20$220
Docs: Notion Plus20$200
CRM: a CRM such as HubSpot6$120
Support: a help desk such as Zendesk4$100
Time tracking: a time tracker such as Harvest20$220
Total today$1,000
FitMySaaS, one system$600–$700
Saving$300–$400 a month

List prices checked in October 2026 for Slack, Asana and Notion; the others are typical prices for that kind of tool. Your own invoices decide the real numbers.

When it isn't cheaper

Small teams with small bills can pay about the same or a little more. A 10-person team paying only for team chat and a task board spends about $180 a month, below our $400 minimum. One system can still be worth it if it saves your team real time, but if it isn't, one off-the-shelf tool is the cheaper choice and we'll say so.

What the monthly fee includes

Bigger changes and new connections to other tools are quoted in writing before we start.
